My full name is Roni Pollington.  I was given the nickname Roro by a close friend and have always loved it!  Currently I live in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, but I grew up in the smaller town of Dundas just outside the city.  In October of 2008, my Boyfriend, Kevin and I bought our first house together and both left the "nest".  Being out on my own for the first time in my life I wasn't use to fending for myself!  Since then I have been learning to cook and bake and am loving it!  Christmas of 2009, I decided to do a lot of baking and share it with friends and family.  I started to get tons of requested for my recipes, that is when I decided it would be a good idea to start a recipe blog!  Now, when someone asks for a recipe, I can just direct them here!
